The 30-minute (or less!) phone interview is more popular than ever and often represents the first round of interviews in the hiring process. Too many people underestimate the importance of the phone interview however so in this session we'll review five steps to nail your phone interview (or phone screening interview) so you can move to the next round. We'll discuss the 10 questions most often asked in a phone screen interview and tips to help ensure you get a call back.
