Family Friendly Bike ride with The Recyclist and Flow Family Chiropractic

Join us for a Family Friendly Bike Ride around our neighborhood led by Dr. Rachel from Flow Family Chiropractic!

This is a family event and all bikes are welcome. Kiddos on 12" or striders may struggle keeping up (throw those little cuties in a carrier and join us!). We will have some snacks at the end. Stick around and you can chat with Dr. Rachel if you have any questions for her, especially chiro for your littles!

We keep our noggins safe here, so helmets for everyone will be required to participate. Please park in the back of our lot, on the street, or next door at the doctors office so we can leave spots open for shoppers.
