Moments + Merch helps corporate and nonprofit teams plan events that start with strategy and storytelling instead of a checklist. We handle creative event strategy, experiential design, branded merch, event marketing, on-site creative direction, and when the project calls for it, the full planning and logistics too.

Most events start with logistics. A venue, a caterer, random merch. Moments + Merch starts with a different question: What do you want people to feel? From the moment someone gets the invite to the moment they walk out the door, every touchpoint reinforces a single, clear story.

Branded merchandise is part of the strategy, not something you panic-order because someone remembered it at the last minute. We concept merch that connects back to the event theme and gives people something they actually want to keep.

Events don't promote themselves either. We help build the marketing strategy around your event. The pre-event buzz, the content leading up to it, and the follow-through after. Your follow-up plan should be more than a mass email to every badge you scanned.
